The Mission:

The Criteria:
Tasks must be specific and realistc. This must also be recorded via photos and evidence uploaded to this blog

Why 1001 Days?
1001 Days is a better period of time than a year, as it allows you several seasons to complete the tasks, which is better for organizing and timing some tasks such as overseas trips or outdoor activities.

My 1001 days started on 7th February 2011 and will finish on 2nd November 2013

Diet begins tomorrow

Well I have decided after much persuasion that probably the best diet for me would be the slim fast diet.

I replace 2 of the meals that I eat a day with a Slim Fast milk shake.  It doesn't matter what meal so if i know that I'm going out for a friends birthday or go out for a meal I can make sure that i have my shakes for Breakfast and lunch.  Im also able to have 3 snacks over the course of the day of fruit veg or slim fast snack.

Hopefully this will really help get me down to a size 10/12 soon as im getting fed up!
